How Hidra handles your data

Last updated: February 26, 2026. Hidra is a hydration app. We collect only the data needed to provide hydration tracking, reminders, and account support.

Data we collect

Account identifiers from your sign-in provider.
Hydration profile settings (goal, swipe amounts, reminder preferences).
Hydration logs (amount in ml, timestamp, source).
Basic diagnostic events to keep the app stable.

How we use data

Operate core hydration features and sync your account across devices.
Send reminder notifications when you enable reminders.
Improve app reliability, performance, and bug response.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure providers only to run the app (database, hosting, analytics, notification delivery) under contractual obligations.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account data directly in the app or through the public deletion page. Once deletion is processed, hydration logs and profile data are removed from active systems.
