How to delete your Hidra account and data

Last updated: February 26, 2026. You can request deletion directly from the app or by email. This page is public so store reviewers and users can verify the deletion flow.

Delete from the app

1. Open Hidra.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap "Delete my data".
4. Confirm the deletion action.

When confirmed, hydration profile, hydration logs, and account-linked settings are removed from active storage.

Delete by email

Send a request to delete@hidra.app using the email tied to your account. Use subject: Account deletion request.

Deletion timing

• Primary app data: usually deleted immediately after confirmation.
• Operational backups: may persist for a limited retention window before automatic purge.
